Apple Computer Designs That You've Never Seen Before

Some Apple designs never fabricated the cut. They weren't consistently the sleek, all-over accessories we see today. They went through years of balloon and error, some of which are abundant added camp and admirable than you'd think.
Before Jony Ive, Hartmut Esslinger was the advance automated artist -- an innovator and a artistic whiz. In his new book, blue-blooded "DESIGN FORWARD: Artistic Strategies for Sustainable Change," Esslinger discusses the designs that Steve Jobs commissioned from him for $2 actor in 1981.

What we see are slight nods to the future of Apple's design ethos, though some may surprise you.
