DOWNLOAD, AOKP Milestone 2 ROM based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean

The second Milestone 2 build of AOKP Android 4.2.2 ROM has been formally issued today by the Android Open Kang task group. There are over forty devices sustained by this issue, encompassing Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, Galaxy Note 2, Xperia sequence from Sony and others more.

There are tons of new characteristics that were supplemented in AOKP Milestone 2 ROM such as the new AOKP Ribbon, which permits users to add navbar and apps actions and other alike shortcuts to display up in a slideable ‘ribbon’. It can be placed while you want on your dwelling computer display and to make it show up, you will easily need to skid from the base, right or left edge for the ‘ribbon’ to appear. Also, you can add the ‘ribbons’ to your lockscreen, fast settings section or integrate them with the notification section. If you choose to location ‘ribbons’ in Notifications shade, then you should know that these will work as shortcuts instead of toggles.

Enable AOKP Ribbon by going to ROM Control in Settings, use the options and start customizing its appearance and where you want it to appear. Discover this new feature on your own and see if it improves your overall Android experience.
This build of AOKP Milestone 2 is based on the same AOSP Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS improved with some other functions borrowed from CyanogenMod builds. Other small features that have been added with these release are as following: Dark AOKP, Permission Management, Quick Torch displayed on Lockscreen, HDR Mode for AOSP Camera, new toggles, Persistence support and the Superuser from Koush. The HDR camera mode doesn’t work with all Android devices, which is why you might not be able to use it. Hopefully, we will see this released in later versions.
